*Parties are allowed when both units have been rented together. However, for an extra daily fee of $175 on top of full unit rent, that condition will be waved, giving your party full access to the the pool and backyard, provided that at the time of booking, the other unit is unoccupied. All posted rules must be followed. Failure to do so could result in expulsion from the property without refund. These provisions are for parties of 30 persons or less. For larger gatherings, please contact the management. Remember to be considerate of the neighbours.
Long Term Stays Discounts
Guests who wish to stay long term will have the follow discounts added to their stay:
- 7 or more nights - 20%
- 14 or more nights - 30%
- 30 or more nights - 50%
Important Information When Booking
When booking please keep in mind the following conditions:
- 50% deposit is required to hold dates and the other 50% must be payed at check in.
- Cancellations are permitted until 4 weeks prior to rental. 50% of the deposit will be non refundable. Meaning 25% of the full rental value will be non recoverable.
